Lompoc Police Department

Officers responded to 145 calls for service, including the following:

• The felony arrest Friday of Jose Refugio Ortega, 25, of Santa Maria, on suspicion of possessing concentrated cannabis, possessing a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous weapon. Bail $20,000.

• The felony arrest Friday of Daniel Anthony Ortega, 21, of Santa Maria, on possession of a a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor under the influence. Bail $15,000.

• The felony arrest Friday of Bryan Herrera, 19, 100 block of North Dahlia Court, on suspicion f participating in a criminal street gang, bench warrant. Bail $15,000.

• The felony arrest Saturday of Hillary Dabney, 45, of Solvang, on suspicion of violating felony probation. Bail denied.

• The felony arrest Sunday of James Leonard Ponnequin, 700 block of East Pine Avenue, on suspicion of felony warrant from another agency. Bail denied.

• The felony arrest Monday of Kevin John Vieweg, 41, of Buellton, on suspicion of mail theft. Bail denied.

• There were eight misdemeanor arrests: DUI; battery, fighting in public; DUI; two counts of violating probation and two counts of bench warrants; under the influence; driving without a license, false ID to an officer; violating probation; contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Traffic collision - minor injury, 4:22 p.m., North H Street and West College Avenue.

• DUI, 9:48 p.m., 500 block of West Ocean Avenue.

• Vandalism - vehicle, 11:15 p.m., 400 block of North D Street.

• Grand theft, 11:51 p.m., 700 block of East College Avenue.

Saturday

• Hit and run - with injury, 1:09 a.m. Saturday, East Chestnut and North E Street.

• DUI, 1:44 a.m., 1400 block of North H Street;

4 a.m., Highway 1 and Jalama Road; 6:43 p.m., East Central Avenue and North A Street.

• Disturbance - domestic, 2:50 a.m., 1500 block of North H Street; 4:25 a.m., 1500 block of North H Street; 12:09 p.m., 600 block of North B Street.

• Battery, 9:35 a.m., 800 block of North G Street.

• Warrant arrest, 9:48 a.m., 600 block of North Third and Fourth Street alley.

• Traffic collision - no injury, 2 p.m., North H Street and West North Avenue.

• Vandalism - residence, 3:55 p.m., 200 block of North N Street.

• Petty theft, 5:20 p.m., 700 block of West Central Avenue.

Sunday

• Public intoxication, 12:56 a.m., 100 block of North H Street.

• Disturbance - domestic, 6:40 a.m., 200 block of West North Avenue; 9:23 a.m., 400 block of West North Avenue; 3:10 p.m., 900 block of East Cypress Avenue.

• Warrant arrest, 8:14 a.m., 900 block of North D Street; 10:20 a.m., 900 block of East Bush Avenue.
