Rockshop Academy Presents “Rockstock 2012,” an all-day music festival that benefits the newly formed nonprofit Rockshop Academy Foundation, will be held from 1 to 10 p.m. Saturday.

Rockstock 2012 will present the award-winning band, Dishwalla, featuring Justin Fox.

Also featured in the lineup are climbing local youth bands “The Wha Wha’s,” “Technical Difficulties,” “50 Below,” “Official Breakdown,” “The Caverns,” “Stolen Thunder,” “White Moon” and performances by the 2012 Rockshop Academy Summer Session Alumni.

The event will be held at Rancho Dos Pueblos, in a shaded eucalyptus and live oak grove, just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara.

General Admission tickets for adults are $20, and $10 for youth. A limited number of VIP Gold Passes for $50 are available that includes backstage access, artist meet and greet, no-host bar and free parking.

In addition, there will be a silent auction, which among other items includes a signed Martin Gore of Depeche Mode hollow body Ibanez guitar and a signed copy of Jeff Bridges’ Crazy Heart Book.
