Lompoc Valley's annual Children’s Christmas Season Parade has been canceled this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic which restricts large public gatherings as mandated by Santa Barbara County Public Health Department, City officials from the Lompoc Recreation Division announced on Friday.
